What are the free limits?
Browser tools have no daily limit (files up to 200 MB, 50 files per task). Server tools include 15 free tasks a day without an account and 40 with a free account. Failed tasks and tasks where nothing could be changed don't count.
How long do you keep my files?
Files processed on our servers are deleted 2 hours after the task finishes, or immediately when you choose Delete now.
How do I type page ranges?
Use numbers and ranges separated by commas, for example 1-3, 8, 10- (page 10 to the end). You can also type odd, even, all, last or last-1.
Can I choose output file names?
Yes. Rename any result before downloading. Tools that create several files accept a name pattern with placeholders such as [BASENAME], [CURRENTPAGE] and [TIMESTAMP].
Does PDFDaily work offline?
Tools marked “Runs on your device” keep working without a connection after your first visit. Install PDFDaily from your browser menu to open it like an app.
My PDF is password-protected.
Enter the password when asked. We never store it. Unlock PDF removes a password you know; it can't recover an unknown password.
