- 3
Select Merge PDFs, then download your combined PDF.
What can Merge PDF do?
- Runs in your browser: your files never leave your device.
- Free for files up to 200 MB each and up to 50 files per merge, with no daily limit.
- Keep, group or drop bookmarks, and add a table of contents with clickable links.
- Double-sided printing adds a blank page after files with an odd number of pages.
- Make all pages the same size, or stamp each file name in the page footer.
- Keep, flatten or remove form fields from the merged document.
How do I combine PDF files without uploading them?
Merge PDF combines your files in your browser, so your documents are read and joined on your own device and never uploaded. That keeps them private and makes merging fast, even on a slow connection. After the first visit the tool also works offline.
How do I put the pages in the right order?
To set the order of a merged PDF, drag the file cards or sort them by name or date. Each card shows the first page, the page count and the file size. Need a single page in a different spot? Switch to the pages view and move pages one by one. To weave two files together page by page instead, use Alternate & mix.
What options does Merge PDF have?
Merge PDF needs no settings, but More options gives you control over blank pages, page size, bookmarks and form fields:
- Double-sided printing adds a blank page after any file with an odd number of pages, so each file starts on a new sheet.
- Same page size scales every page to the width of the first page.
- File name in footer stamps the source file name at the bottom of its pages.
- Bookmarks can be kept, grouped under one bookmark per file, or removed.
- Table of contents adds a first page that lists every file with a link to where it starts.
- Form fields can be kept, flattened into the page, or removed.
When you are done, download the merged PDF or continue with Compress PDF without adding the file again.
