Billing questions
- Can I cancel?
- Cancel auto-renewal at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.
- Does the Week Pass renew?
- The Week Pass is a one-time payment and doesn't renew.
- What if a payment fails?
- You keep Premium for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that your account returns to Free and nothing is deleted.
- Can I get a refund?
- Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment.
- Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, calculated at checkout.
- Which tools count as tasks?
- One successful run of a server tool. Browser tools, failed tasks and runs with nothing to change are never counted.
