Terms of use
The short version: use PDFDaily for documents you have the right to process, and we'll keep your files private.

Using the tools
You may use PDFDaily for personal and business documents that you own or have permission to process. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to share.
Free use and limits
Browser tools have no daily limit. Server tools include a number of free tasks per day; the current limits are shown on every tool page before you add files.
Results
We work hard to produce accurate results, but conversions and OCR can contain errors. Check important documents before relying on them.
Paid plans
Premium plans are billed as shown at checkout. Week Pass is a one-time payment; monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll show the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
