How do I remove pages from a PDF?
To remove pages from a PDF, mark them in Delete pages and download the shorter file. Blank pages, cover sheets and confidential sections are the usual candidates. Click thumbnails to mark pages, or type a range such as 2, 5-7, 12-, and check the counter before you download. Everything runs on your device and the original file is never changed.
What happens to bookmarks when I delete pages?
Bookmarks that pointed to deleted pages are removed by default, so the bookmark panel has no dead entries. Turn the option off and those bookmarks open the next remaining page instead.
Does deleting pages make the PDF smaller?
Deleting pages often makes the file smaller, but how much depends on what the pages contained. If it is still too large, run it through Compress PDF. If you only need a few pages out of many, Extract pages saves them as a new file instead.

A PDF needs at least one page, so the tool stops you from marking every page.
Is deleting pages the same as redacting?
No. Deleting removes whole pages from the new file. To black out sensitive text on pages you keep, use Redact PDF.
Are my files uploaded when I delete pages from a PDF?
No. This tool runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share the result or save it to a cloud drive.
