How do I reorder PDF pages?
Organize pages shows every page as a thumbnail, and you reorder PDF pages by dragging them to a new position. You can also rotate a page, make a copy or remove it. Changes appear immediately, and nothing is saved until you download.
Can I sort pages from several files into one PDF?
Yes: add other PDFs or JPG and PNG images and their pages join the same view, ready to sort. This is handy for assembling an application pack from a form, a scan and a few photos. To join whole files end to end without touching single pages, Merge PDF is quicker.
How do I add a blank page?
Insert a blank page wherever you need a separator or a spare back side; it can match the page next to it, or be A4 or Letter. To insert pages from another file at a set point, use Add pages to PDF.
Because the work is done in your browser, the file is not uploaded, and it stays fast for documents of many pages.
